This Privacy Policy explains how FOCUS ON FORENSIC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit focusonforensic.com (the “Site”).
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. If you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry. We use server logs to keep the Site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics tools. WordPress may set technical cookies only for logged-in administrators.
4. Third-party services
The Site includes a Google Map and loads some scripts from Google. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s Privacy Policy. Our contact form is processed by our WordPress site and our email provider.
5. How long we keep information
We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, then delete them on request or after 2 years.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who host the Site and deliver email, and when the law requires it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing CFedde@FocusonForensic.com. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, which we will honor.
8. Security
We protect the Site with security tools, but no website can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
