SEC enforcement at and all time high

The SEC just published that they filed 807 enforcement actions and collected $4.2 billion in disgorgement fees and penalties.  Of that total 87 insider cases were brought and settled. Eight whistleblowers received $38 million this past fiscal year. Yet another federal agency watching you.
