Focus on Forensic will untangle the probate estate or trust when inappropriate activity has occurred with regard to the administration of the probate or trust in question. The goal is reconstructing the probate estate or trust to its original foundation.  Determining the amount of missing assets and the recoverable source for repayment back to the estate or trust, is the goal.  I will reconcile the probate or trust activity to determine whether the activity is within the parameters of the law or the trust agreement.  Generally, the court appoints the expert in probate and trust matters.
